We are committed to using cauliflower that is not suitable for sale in stores where we can ! we are trialing a mushroom preservative that upcycles mushrooms and keeps your cheese fresh hooray!
*this preservative does not affect those with a mushroom allergy from the manufacturer -"This ingredient is safe to consume since it is a pure fiber extracted from mushrooms and does not contain any allergenic materials of the mushroom. Testing is also conducted to confirm the absence of regulated allergens"

 

Ingredients: Water, Cauliflower, Fermented pea protein, Rice bran oil, Tapioca, Nutritional yeast, *Sauerkraut, *Apple cider vinegar, Salt, Mustard powder, Xanthan gum, Coriander, Tomato paste, Pepper, Stevia, Mushroom extract (for freshness)

Important Ordering & Shipping Info

Our cheeses take some time to prepare so if you need something urgently please order a week in advance. 

For Shipping Orders: cut off is Wednesdays at 9am, and your order will ship the following Tuesday.

For Delivery and Collecting Orders: cut off is Sunday at 12pm, and your order wlll be delivered or ready for collection after 2pm on Friday that week.

Surprisingly good spread/dairy cheese substitute

We really miss dairy cheese on a plant based diet, but this product pleasantly surprises. We use it on OMG bread or toast :)

From my first spoonful right out of the jar, this cheese is hard resist. Epic self control is required! Flavor bomb will blow your taste buds to Timbuktu!!! My new absolute favorite 100/10 stars 🌟

Great for making those not in the know, jealous

What a treat to be able to have a vegan cheese that melts, bubbles AND gets that gorgeous brown layer to it.
So versatile - I've had it grilled on toast, as a dip for my chips and vegetables and poured over steamed vegetables. One of my favourite cheesey products.
